Policies

• Adjustments to any service may be made within seven days of the original service.

• Gratuities are appreciated but cannot be accepted on checks or credit cards.

• Please have your credit card ready when you call for your appointment.  Credit cards are required to schedule appointments.

• Appointments scheduled online require a 50% deposit. 

• Deposits for online appointments are taken at the time of booking and cannot be refunded. If a service must be rescheduled, a credit will remain on the account to be used toward future services. 

• Merchandise can be exchanged within seven days with a receipt. Credit will be issued for future services or product purchases.

• Gift certificates are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

• Prices are subject to change at any time.

Referral Program

If you are happy with our services, please tell your friends! For every referral, Fuga will give you a $10 gift certificate with our appreciation. 

24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Please note that any appointment that is cancelled with less than twenty-four hours’ notice, or that is missed without notice is subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is 50% of the scheduled service price. This amount will be charged to your credit card on file.
